All proposals to alter the IDSRA Constitution or By-Laws should be lodged with the IDSRA Secretary or any Executive. As soon as practical the IDSRA Executive should ensure that any proposal is processed as follows:
- For Constitution alteration. Ensure that constitution clauses six (6), nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11)and twelve (12) requirements are satisfied.
- For By-Law alteration. Ensure that constitution clauses fifteen (15) and sixteen (16) and By- Law 101 of the Pennant By-Laws are satisfied.
- Check that the proposal - a) Will not duplicate, contradict, nor except as intended alter or replace existing laws b) Has no double meanings and sufficient information to achieve intended results. c) Agrees with the format and location within existing laws.
- The IDSRA President will keep up to date copies of the constitution.
- The current Pennant Competition handbook is a record of the IDSRA By-Laws unless altered after the book is printed.
